It was with his maternal grandmother that Anthony Pichon discovered the art of cooking at a very early age, in an atmosphere marked by conviviality and transmission. A graduate in cuisine, he chose in 2012 to explore the finest restaurants, from London to Dubai, from Monaco to Sardinia.

These trips became the scene of his culinary development: as a chef, he explored demanding gastronomic universes, refined his rigor, developed his sense of elegance, and forged a know-how in the service of taste and creativity.

With fifteen years of experience, punctuated by culinary successes and emotions, Anthony decided to return to the essentials: human sharing, proximity, the pleasure of creating a unique experience in the intimacy of a home.

Back in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, his native land, he now offers his services as a private chef at home, in the Var, Bouches-du-Rhône and Alpes-Maritimes.

There he offers gourmet, festive and tailor-made cuisine, where each meal becomes a special moment.

His fine and inspired cuisine navigates freely between French, Italian and Asian influences, with a marked predilection for Japanese gastronomy.

Anthony never forces flavor combinations; he prefers to let them interact naturally, in a subtle and delicious harmony. He puts his passion at the service of his guests' pleasure, creating moments of sharing, emotion, and discovery, always in the comfort and warmth of home.
